The application does not load

Check first:

  • that you are using the URL provided by your organization or by Hublot
  • that your internet connection works
  • that the application is not blocked by a proxy or a content filter

If in doubt, contact your Hublot administrator or support.

I cannot join a video call

Check:

  • that your browser allows access to the camera and microphone
  • that the call has not already been ended by the organizer
  • that you are among the people allowed to join the relevant collection

If the problem persists, report it to your administrator.
