The application does not load
Check first:
- that you are using the URL provided by your organization or by Hublot
- that your internet connection works
- that the application is not blocked by a proxy or a content filter
If in doubt, contact your Hublot administrator or support.
I cannot join a video call
Check:
- that your browser allows access to the camera and microphone
- that the call has not already been ended by the organizer
- that you are among the people allowed to join the relevant collection
If the problem persists, report it to your administrator.
